Students want and need work that stimulates their curiosity and awakens their desire for deep understanding. People are naturally curious about a variety of things.
Children need to develop academic capacities as these are required to live in the modern world. But much more than this is needed, and adults looking at what was required in order to meet the many challenges of their lives and the successes they have had can attest to this. The essential learning that we all need should begin in childhood.
Children need to begin to learn about themselves. The value of " knowing thyself" is so undisputed as to be a cliché, but conveying to children that they are worth knowing about seems fundamental to healthy self-respect and self-esteem.
Edelweiss Shine Smart Preschool nurtures values and confidence in children through innovative pedagogical techniques. The students turn into good citizens because for me, as Principal, a student without morality is not educated.
Further, I insist on parents' involvement in a child's life. As it is said," The most influential of all educational factors is the conversation in a child's home."
I always stress about having quality time with the children. This not only enhances the parent-child relationship but also helps to boost the confidence of the child. So, it is crucial in every stage of a child's life to have an affinity with parents.
We can reach the pinnacle of pedagogy if we can lay our trust in a child's talents and let them bloom naturally.
